How the house works.

Can I buy right now?

The house is almost open. You can walk the rooms and build your bag today, but checkout turns on the day the first drop goes live. Nothing is charged before then.

How will print to order work?

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Once a drop is live, the house prints your piece on demand and ships it to you. That keeps every drop alive and lets the catalog stay deep.

When will my order ship?

Print to order pieces are made after you buy. Production runs a few business days, then transit on top (TBC once fulfillment is connected). Tracking goes out the moment it ships.

What about returns?

Because every piece is made for you, returns are limited to defects or the wrong item. If something is wrong with your order, email rory@thebestway.tv and we make it right.

How do the sizes run?

Standard unisex apparel sizing unless a product says otherwise. Size guidance per blank is added on each product page as the catalog fills in.

Where does it ship from?

The house. 7868 E Cloud Rd, Tucson. Printed to order, sent under the HATS label.
